SCECLB7 Individual
What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and
the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s
stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective
legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender
make-up of the population)?
In principal a good idea. However have you
thought of men who will then self identity as women.
What’s the plan for that. Women are under attack in sport and
everywhere else.
What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential
sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?
Not in favour of this smacks of Nazi
Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the
Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they
adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying
Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?
Men posing as women
Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the
Bill?
Senedd will not know how to deal with the
problem and support transsexuals over women
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?
As usual the taxpayers money will e wasted
regardless
What are your views on the balance between the information
contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate
legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?
No. The Welsh government does not represent
the opinions of Welsh people or people who live in Wales. It has
too many self Grandiose policies as it it.
Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative
competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European
Convention on Human Rights?
They have no competence or right to assert
themselves over the population. A referendum should have been
taken over Welsh speaking schools and wasting probably a billion on
changing every road sign - money that could have been allotted to
care and existing roads
Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the
legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the
Bill?
Self aggrandising tiny proportion of the
population are deciding our life. It’s frightening.
Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about
the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related
matters?
Yes. It should be fully explained to
voters
Anything else?
How much will it cost?
Should 13 year old be able to have an
opinion? They will vote as their parents instruct. A building
brick in a solid wall for Labour. Not fooled by any of you
